Our programs at Bring Back Gym are multi-tiered in their approach. The programs combine the best of several key components:

Cardio
Cardiovascular/Aerobic conditioning

The cardio component is designed to teach them that a healthy heart is the best place to start. We strive to educate the children on the FUNdamentals of cardio health.

Strength
Strength training

We believe that strong minds generate strong bodies. Our strength training drills incorporate a number of tools from bars to resistance bands, to their own body weight. Each exercise routine is constructed to improve a child's muscular strength and connect their minds to the movement.

Agility training

Using cones, ladders and an assortment of colorful tools, our agility drills improve a childs higher motor coordination skills. They become capable of moving quickly in a constantly changing enviroment.

Speed training

The dictionary defines speed as rapidity in moving, going, traveling, proceeding, or performing. By utilizing speed in its true definition, we bring out the best in each child. The speed drills we utilize allow our participants to develop fully and safely.

Flexibility training

No exercise program would be complete without flexibility. Muscles that have been stressed through exercise must be able to maintain their original length to prevent injury as well as enhance activity. We use a combination of yoga and athletic stretches to teach children a skill that will last a lifetime.

Nutritional Guidance

As the saying goes, "you are what you eat," and this cannot be overstated. Children learn best about eating right when you provide a living example. We make their experience in getting good nutrition a real one.
